It was a truly unique experience—wonderful food and warm staff made the trip memorable. Everything was exceptional, except that the outdoor onsen area was not very large.

Haruna was an excellent host. Her warmth, kindness, and attention made our stay even more special. We absolutely loved it! The entire staff was incredible and always very attentive. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the onsen water was at the perfect temperature, making it ideal for relaxing. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, relax, and enjoy an authentic Japanese experience, we 100% recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and would definitely love to come back! Food also great and 100% japan experience!!.
