Location is fine. There appears to be no staff at all; no one was present for check‑in and the massage ladies in front of the property had to let us in and assign a room, saying someone would be there the next morning, which did not happen. They also promised breakfast included, but no one was there. The room was dirty, linens and towels smelled bad, the floor was super dusty and full of spider webs. The toilet was flooded and there was no rubbish bin; when we opened the cabinet under the sink we found the “rubish”.

The place could be nice, but it is a construction site. The room was not clean. I went to another one. No reception; we find ourselves in the middle of a construction site. Proximity to the road is not relaxing.

Well located, no road noise. Cleaning was very sparse; there were dust, dust, a dead cockroach in the morning, and the overall condition left a lot to be desired.

The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the AC works well, and the room is spacious. Breakfast is good. The area is beautiful, calming, with a spa and gentle relaxing music. There is no mosquito net, which wouldn’t have been a problem if the doors sealed properly, but endless mosquitoes enter the room. Some construction work is ongoing but not too disruptive.

The room is large. The bathroom is very basic and the furniture is old.
