The manager and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and delicious. The hotel is just a short walk from Positano’s center. The downside is that you have to walk along a very windy and busy road for about 15 minutes to reach Positano.

The room was gorgeous and spacious, with a balcony overlooking the ocean and stunning views. It had high‑quality bedding, towels, a free minibar, and was very clean. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. The only drawback was that it was a 20‑minute walk to town, though the walk offered a beautiful view. Access to the beach was very steep.

The location was great for us—just a 7‑minute walk to town, so it was quieter in the evening. The water view was amazing, especially with the boats lit up at night. (Just a heads‑up: there are a lot of stairs here and throughout Positano, so if you have bad knees, bring ibuprofen!). The staff were very helpful and attentive. The bathroom was nicely sized with a double sink. The balcony had enough space for two people to sit outside and enjoy the view, and there was a lovely 2‑person hot tub. The only downside for me was that it would have been better to be lower down near the water, because the stairs are rough on my knees—but that’s just how Positano is built.
