“Una estancia agradable”
The rooms were large and comfortable, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The jacuzzi required a reservation, and when I booked it, it rained so I couldn't use it.

The location was good, but there was no parking.

The façade was pretty, but the room was cold. They lacked items: no liquid soap was available until the next day after a request, only one key card was given for four people and you needed it to use the elevator, and without the card nothing in the room worked. Towels were scarce; we were four and after cleaning only two were left, so we had to wait for more. Only one jacuzzi was available and it had to be reserved; we booked it in advance but other people got in. Breakfast didn't always have options; eggs were the only reliable item, and after 8 am nothing else was available. The staff were not very courteous, and after staying two nights and paying 1,900,000 for three adults and three teens, the next day they said the reservation was wrong and I had to pay about 500,000 because the ages of the teens didn't match; I had to cancel an extra amount because I couldn't find the manager, didn't want to miss my return flight, and they even threatened police. When we finally checked in we paid and showed documents, and at that moment they said nothing.

The rooms were executive, the bathroom was comfortable, and there was a desk suitable for work. I dislike the air‑conditioning control; you have to call reception to adjust the temperature. There is no iron or ironing board in the room. Breakfast opens at 7 am, which is late. It is à la carte with only scrambled eggs, omelette, or fried eggs with vegetables, cheese, sausage, or ham (you can't order both), and they serve it with arepa or bread.
