The hotel’s central spot made moving around easy, yet the two‑night stay in a VIP room was ruined by heavy rain flooding the bathroom; the drain overflowed into a dark, foul‑smelling pit. I asked the front desk and housekeeping to swap rooms, but no one answered or checked if the drain was blocked. They only offered one bottle of water per room and required guests to request toilet paper. The surrounding area was noisy all night, and there was no soundproofing as advertised.

Giữa trung tâm. Nhà nghỉ này làm ăn giả dối. Đặt trên booking với giá còn có 5k nữa là bằng giá tự thuê phòng thực tế trực tiếp mà chả coi ra gì. Đến nhận phòng thì kêu để phòng cho khách đoàn ở??? Kêu 8h tối qua lại thì “có thể” có phòng. Kêu chịu nguyên tiền phòng hôm đó dù yêu cầu khách đã book trước là 8h mới có thể có. Xong kêu cọc 1 phần tiền để giữ chỗ? Có điên không má nội lễ tân? Né cái ổ tệ nạn này ra các bạn
