The apartment was beautifully renovated, close to the beach, restaurants, massage parlours, and shops. The owners treated us like friends and looked after us with genuine care.

The space was modern and spotless, featuring a very comfortable king‑size bed and a hot‑and‑cold water dispenser safe for westerners to drink. We had access to all the Jayakarta Resort pools, including a great toddler‑friendly one, and room service was available. Keypad entry made check‑in seamless, eliminating any lost‑key worries. Sue was a highly responsive and helpful host, and we’re especially grateful for the portacot she provided on request. Nearby cafes were plentiful, and the resort’s rear offered direct beach access. We loved the Lokal Beach Bay and would highly recommend it.

The place was comfy and clean, with all the small details we needed. Sue was very responsive, kind, helpful, and quick to reply to my question about the nearest spa. Wayan also looked after us wonderfully, a very friendly lady. It felt like a welcoming home.

The apartment had everything I needed for my stay. It was easy to access with a door code and I felt very safe because it had multiple locks on the door for when I slept. The owner was at hand if I needed anything and was super friendly, even leaving me a welcome gift!
