How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

The perfect hotel is a family business, and Bárbara explained everything about visiting Venice. The hotel is on the outskirts of Venice, but the bus to the city takes only 15 minutes to reach Piazza San Marco. The breakfast was top‑tier, and Bárbara even gave my daughter a little gift. Definitely come back. I could only stay one night because everything was booked.

The property is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The landscaping and patio area for breakfast were also beautiful.

The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was welcoming and pleasant. We were able to leave our car on their free parking until the evening. On the day of departure, a bus takes about 25 minutes to get into Venice. The surroundings are very calm, with no noise.

The atmosphere, hospitality, cleanliness, courtesy, willingness to give information, and excellent breakfast were all great. The staircase to the rooms was the only downside.
