How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
They got the basics right, but that's about it. The room was tiny, with only one trash can in the bathroom, and they wouldn't give me any extra toiletries or towels. I paid a premium online for a double bed, but ended up with a single bed instead, claiming the price was too low for a double. To top it off, the sheets had hair on them, and when I asked for a receipt, they wanted to charge me an extra 10% service fee. Needless to say, I won't be back.
