The staff were excellent and the open-air bath was great, but the slippers were hard and hurt my toes and arches.

The bath was nice, yet the view from the 7th‑floor lounge was poor.

The room felt clean and was a mixed Japanese‑Western style; the staff brought the futon to me, which was a relief, and the hot spring was spacious and very comfortable. However, there were only two washers and dryers, so we had to compete for them, and there was no currency exchanger, so exchanging a 10,000‑yen bill required a trip to the front desk.
