Spacious, clean and great food. Not what we’d describe as “all inclusive”. Some of the staff & service in the restaurant & bars weren’t what you’d expect of a 5 star hotel

It is a great hotel, but one thing really annoyed me: I booked “All Inclusive”. Only in an email two days before arrival was I told that it only covers food around the clock and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and three at dinner. All other alcoholic drinks beyond that are chargeable and also all drinks at the bar. That is deceptive and this offer should not be sold as “All Inclusive”. It deeply disappointed me and greatly diminished the joy of my vacation.

Tolles Hotel und sehr freundliches Personal Immer wieder gerne. Wechsel der Essenzeiten am Abend wurde an Hotelgäste nicht richtig kommuniziert
