The hotel was awful—everything smelled like it was under maintenance, the maintenance staff seemed ineffective, the place was unhygienic, no hot water, AC didn't work, and overall it was so bad I’d give it zero if I could. The property should be removed because the company name is a fraud, they’re cheaters, and the staff are a show‑off.
