“Always very good, will be back. It still has a few issues though.”

Always clean and fresh, the grounds are gorgeous, pools are fab and bars just where you need them; the hotel stays very clean and the staff can’t do enough for you. Lunch time menu is basic but the food is very good. The restaurant needs a lot of work; it looks lovely but the chef isn’t great and does his own thing even though you want what you asked for on the menu. We had the wrong starter brought, which then had to be cooked, meaning the starter we ordered came after the other at almost the same time as the mains, and then the mains are a bit hot and miss depending on what you ordered. I asked for steak with mushroom sauce as I fancied a nice juicy steak and the creaminess of a sauce tuning around it; what I got was a dry-ish steak with a dried up pink sauce over it and not a mushroom to be seen. When I asked about the apparently the chef had decided a wine sauce would be nice, it wasn’t, I wanted what I ordered. I gave most of it to the cats and even they didn’t want more than a few pieces. Ate at the restaurant one evening last year too, wasn’t great then either, so although we will definitely go back we will give the restaurant a miss in the evenings, which is a shame actually!

This place really feels like home - the staff are so friendly and welcoming, it's like they're part of the family. The pools and recreational areas are lovely, and the attention to detail is top-notch. If I'm being picky, I'd say the rooms could use a bit of a refresh, but the decor is definitely from the 80s. Overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

“Fijne vakantie gehad”

We had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to the friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The complex itself is beautiful, and we loved the peaceful atmosphere. If I'm being picky, I'd say the rooms could use a bit of an update, but overall, it's a great choice for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.
