How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is great and the rooms stay clean, and the staff were generally helpful though a few of them were a bit stiff. The elevator skips some floors, and the security staff lack proper uniforms and seem clueless about guest concerns.

The staff member Hassan was very cooperative and courteous. I was not impressed with the behavior of employee Basma and the way the check‑out from the room was handled; it was very poor.

The location and the people are solid. The lift is old, the windows don’t block noise well, and there’s no curtain over the bath top.

The price‑performance ratio is very good and the location is superb.
