The hotel itself is pretty, with a pleasant Greek style, and the reception and dining area received a fresh renovation that looks tidy. The location is convenient and everything is easy to reach. Unfortunately, the positives end there. The lack of sun loungers on the beach was a major issue; there were barely enough for all guests, turning the vacation into a quest: you have to wake up at 7 am to snag a spot. The service and housekeeping were terrible; rooms were not cleaned unless you explicitly asked. The entertainment was a complete flop. The woman running the training sessions and evening events behaved incompetently and provocatively, flirting with other men—she should be more modest and professional. Once she gathered everyone for a disco, people waited at the reception, but she never showed up. She fails to do her job at all. The management should seriously consider replacing her, as she only tarnishes the place’s reputation. I would not recommend this hotel; the service needs to improve.
