“Günstige Unterkunft nah am KongressPark”
The price‑performance was good, the furnishings were modern, and the contactless check‑in worked well. Parking was scarce, the pillow was rather thin, and water from the shower leaked into the living area.
Everything was very well organized – key hand‑over was perfect, and the place was spotless! I’ll definitely book again on my next visit.

The hotel was in a pretty good spot for a city trip, with traffic connections excellent and a bus stop almost right outside the door. Everything was very clean and the mattress was great. Unfortunately the tiny bathroom had no lighting (it was broken). A few hangers in the wardrobe and a toothbrush holder would have helped, and a second pillow for neck‑pain sufferers would be nice. Laagbergstraße is very busy.

The room was relatively clean and had everything needed; the bus stop was almost right outside and a supermarket was nearby. Parking was very tight. A wall‑mounted shelf with a chair in front had half‑hanging, and such issues should be fixed promptly. Other guests kept their doors open and cooked with the doors ajar, and conversations were loud across floors and outside.
The place was cozy, spotless, and in a great spot. Check‑in and check‑out were a breeze, absolutely amazing.
