The location is great. The rooms are very small.

The hotel is fantastic, the room looks exactly like the photos, and the air‑conditioning works great. The staff are very pleasant and friendly, and they helped us sort out a couple of questions. On the –1 floor there’s a coffee machine where you can make any coffee you like, and there’s also a massage chair for relaxation. The property sits right in the old town centre, just a few steps from the metro and tram stop, and it’s very close to the Grand Bazaar (by foot) and the Egyptian Bazaar. Everything else you might want is nearby, including the river promenade where you can hop on a ferry. We’re thrilled.

The reception is extremely helpful, cooperative, and always smiling, and the place is very clean and upscale, located in the best part of Seirjki.

The location is beautiful and very lively. The reception staff member named Youssef is not good and was exploitative in his dealings. Another employee also took advantage of us on our last day; before our departure, my friend lost the key card, and he demanded a replacement fee of 1000 lira.
