The owner is welcoming and very helpful. The property is distinctive, surrounded by greenery, in a very quiet area. The room is simple but clean. I traveled with my dog, which was accepted without any issues. The breakfast is minimal but very pleasant, especially the pastries from the local bakery.

The staff were very friendly, the room and surroundings spacious, parking easy, everything clean and beautiful. By car it takes only six minutes to the historic centre of San Severino Marche, a place of great beauty with interesting museums too!
