The hotel is very decent and only a 10‑minute walk to Republic Square, right in the heart of Yerevan’s universities; the staff are friendly and do their best to speak English. However, the price sits on the higher end for the value offered.

The staff answered any question anytime at reception or via WhatsApp, the place was very clean, and the location was good. I didn’t notice anything bad.

Everything was fine with friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast was tasty and varied, the room was clean and well-equipped, and the bathroom was good. There was nothing like this.
