Location. Too noisy at night between 9pm to 110m

The owner stayed up late to let us in, which was a nice touch.

The location is unbeatable with a stunning harbour view, and the room, though compact, feels cozy; the staff were warm and I felt secure. Parking can be a hassle; I managed to snag a spot outside, and there’s a public car park just a stone’s throw away, but it shuts down from 8 pm to 8 am.

Good value, excellent location. We had one good night (Friday) and one bad night (Thursday). Thursday was pub quiz night, I can accept the noise from that as it is room above pub. The problem is the triple room is at the back, next to kitchen and extract plant equipment. There was someone cleaning in the kitchen until 2ish in the morning with a tiinny radio on, and plant equipment was a constant hum all night. I'm a heavy sleeper and it affected me
