We really enjoyed it; the host was lovely and made us feel at home instantly, giving us great local tips. The rooms were beautifully decorated with plenty of detail, and breakfast was excellent. It was pure nature, and it’s a shame we only booked one night, but we savored every minute.

The ranch is gorgeous and the staff are fantastic, giving it a lodge feel where you can meet other guests. It’s great for stargazing and offers lovely daytime views. The drive up from the city at night on a rough, muddy road was tough for our small rented sedan and a bit scary because it’s a long trek. The loft room didn’t feel fully private, but it worked for us.
