The room looked nice and was clean, but the food was weak, offered little variety, and the scrambled eggs were cold; the coffee machine was present but not operating. Upon arrival, the welcome was missing, and when we asked how we felt, the staff seemed indifferent, which was disappointing.

The room was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to help, though the breakfast selection felt somewhat narrow.

Breakfast was satisfactory and the location was fine, yet the shower was located in the middle of the room, there were no towel hooks, and the TV didn't work.

We arrived late in the afternoon and a parking spot had been reserved for us; the location was ideal for the city center and very quiet by the park. Breakfast was adequate, but we noticed a few missing glasses in the room (drinking glasses / toothbrush cups).
