The staff were very polite and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a great selection and tasty dishes—crab masala, prawn pepper soup, fried fish, just to name a few. The ambience was nice, with entertainment each evening, and the location right by the beach was superb, surpassing my expectations. The accommodation itself was very good, though the ongoing maintenance during the off‑season was a bit of a drawback.

There’s a swimming pool, a restaurant, and the place sits right next to the beach with Brizo Beach Bar. The staff were super helpful and courteous. The downside is that lower‑floor rooms don’t offer a great sea view, and the restaurant closes at 9:30 pm as per local rules.

The greenery on the large plot and the proximity to the almost endless beach create a quiet and beautiful atmosphere that’s exactly what my family was looking for. The facilities and service level are high, yet the vibe remains relaxed, mingling local fishermen and Burmese tourists. Breezo Bar provided a lovely end to the day with a beachside dinner. We did have issues with the lock on our house (the battery died) and repeated trouble opening and closing the room’s safety locker. I’ve had worse problems before.
