I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and superb—everything was so convenient. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts and the lovely Garden Cafe, which has a wonderful atmosphere. Also, the service at the reception was excellent; the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional. However, I was very disappointed with the massage service. The specialist arrived 20 minutes late. Then, she informed me that the 55-minute massage would only last 50 minutes because she needed 5 minutes to prepare for the next client. To my shock, after just 30 minutes, she abruptly stopped, said the massage was over, and left the room. Once I was already fully dressed, she returned, constantly apologizing, and said she had mixed up the time and that I still had 25 minutes left. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This was not a relaxing massage experience at all; instead, it was a story of lateness, non-stop apologies, and a complete lack of professionalism
