You’re essentially paying for only 15 hours, not a full night, because check‑in starts at 8 PM. After confirming the reservation you’re handed a list of house rules: shoes off at the entrance (they provide used slippers), keep voices low, no smoking or eating in the rooms. The no‑eating rule is fine, but you’re only allowed to use the kitchen in the morning. A camera activates when you open the fridge and another sits on the balcony. As a “green property,” it should be well‑maintained and clean, yet there were dirty pillows on the balcony chairs, leaves and dead bugs everywhere, and spider webs on the stairs—overall a creepy, uncomfortable vibe. The bathroom isn’t in the room; you have to walk through the hallway to reach it, which should be clearly mentioned. The biggest issue was the air‑conditioning: advertised as included, but the host didn’t give a remote even though it was 37 °C. The mosquito nets were broken, so the room was swarming with insects. We travel a lot and book only through the platform, but we’ve never had such a poor breakfast—just jam and toasted bread.
