“hotel in need of paint, and better cleaning, even the remote was filthy!”

Breakfast wasn’t provided even though the motel’s description promised it; we had to bring our own yogurt and pastry in a cooler. The first room we received was extremely musty and I couldn’t sleep because of my asthma; the front‑desk staff offered a different room without carpet, which was cleaner but the walls and ceiling needed new paint and the floor left my bare feet black, which was gross.

The large suite was comfortable and had everything we needed, but it was run‑down and old with a few dirty spots; still, that wouldn’t stop me from booking again for a night or two in the area.

“Dirty rooms, unprofessional housekeeping (front desk was fantastic), great location”

The spot was great, with plenty of food and shopping nearby. But the room was filthy: hair on the beds and in the bathroom, bugs on the bed and floor. The shower didn’t drain, the sinks didn’t drain, and when the tub wouldn’t drain the sewer backed up into the tub and sink, making the room smell awful. The TV kept glitching through all channels. When I complained, a housekeeper came who was clearly intoxicated—her alcohol smell was obvious—and she frightened my kids. They moved me to a new room next door, but the tub still drained only after the shower was off for 5 minutes, and bugs were still on the beds and floors. I give it a 0 rating—do not stay here!
