Very complete. Internet does not reach the rooms and is very slow in the lobby. They say it’s normal in Egypt but that’s the reality.

Everything was fine regarding the rooms and the resort in general. The negative point is the dining part… the food is mediocre but overall acceptable, hygiene is very neglected, I often found plates with food residue, not finding a place for lunch or dinner is unacceptable, I was often several minutes with the plates in hand looking for a place to sit and not finding utensils or glasses is not possible.

We spent our holiday at Ghazala Beach and want to give a special thank‑you to the people who made it even more enjoyable. The resort’s location is definitely one of its biggest strengths, making it ideal for exploring Sharm El Sheikh and walking through the shops and local venues. The property could use some renovation, as the years are starting to show, but we especially want to focus on the people we met. A heartfelt thank‑you to Ahmed Atef and Amr, the lifeguards; Ashraf Mahmoud, the pool bar bartender; Mohamed Samir, Aya, Eslam and Haitham at reception; and Mohammed Ali and Ahmed from housekeeping. We mention them by name because they gave us so much more than just good service: smiles, kindness, helpfulness and countless little gestures that made our stay truly enjoyable. They made us feel welcome and comfortable, each in their own way, through their friendliness and willingness to help. It is these simple but genuine gestures that make all the difference and leave lasting memories. Thank you all so much! You helped make our holiday a wonderful experience. We sincerely hope your hard work and dedication are recognised and appreciated, because people like you represent the very best of hospitality. We will take home wonderful memories of our stay and, above all, of the people we met. A big hug and our heartfelt thanks to all of you. Keep being the wonderful people you are! ❤️
