The cleaning staff were friendly, but when I booked a double suite, the night clerk demanded $100 cash as a deposit instead of the $50 listed, couldn’t show where the extra cash was needed, and wouldn’t give a receipt—so we had the clerk write it on the check‑in sheet and photographed it; the checkout clerk asked how much we’d given, and the rooms clearly needed renovations. The only ice maker was outside near the parking lot, and I wasn’t sure if it was clean, so I avoided it. All other Fairbridge Inn and Suites had indoor halls, security, and a lobby entrance, but this one had a small entrance and a walk‑up style like a gas station.

The room had a cigarette smell, I asked for a different one and they refused, so I’ll never stay there again.

Nothing good at all. The water pressure was terrible, the staff were rude, and supplies ran out.

I was disappointed that my room was filthy—there was dust everywhere, spiders and webs in the corners, and the tub was dirty with a towel left from the previous shower. I had to find the cleaning lady, help her clean, and request fresh sheets. On the bright side, the staff were welcoming and the overall hospitality was good.
