“Oase van rust in Kalibaru”
We spent two nights at Rumah Senang and loved it. The rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished, and we especially enjoyed the lovely, well‑maintained garden with a pool—an oasis of calm with only four rooms. The walk listed on the website was also highly recommended! After our stay, Aris drove us to the airport, which was top service. The accommodation is very tailored to Dutch guests, which we appreciated, but it’s good to be aware of that. We expected the food to be adapted as well; it was delicious and freshly prepared, but it lacked the spices and flavors we’re used to in Indonesian cuisine.
