The breakfast was delicious, the staff very friendly, and the room clean. Unfortunately, through the walls everything can be heard, mainly from neighboring rooms. Perhaps our room was positioned so that sounds carried all night—especially water in the pipes when someone washed or bathed. The bed squeaks quite a bit. The external door triggers an alarm when opened, audible every time someone enters or leaves the building—maybe that should be changed? The rest is fine.

The room offered a view of the garden, the TV was working (which is not the norm). There was a sewer smell that we managed to eliminate by pouring water into the grate after some time, once we figured out the source. There was no table.

The location is convenient, right next to the trail. Checking in at night was a bit tough, but the issue was resolved quickly.

The breakfast was nice when ordered ahead and they swapped the first tiny room without any hassle, but we ran into problems at check‑in with the reservation; the initial room was cramped and uncomfortable, and although we moved for the next two nights, the duvet was far too small for a double bed.
