1 double bed
2 twin beds
Check‑in was straightforward, the rooms weren’t huge but they were comfortable and clean, with good beds. Value for money was excellent, and everything needed was there.
“Not recommended for tourists.”
I wouldn’t recommend this place to a foreigner traveling alone without prior knowledge of the country. There is no 24‑hour reception or information desk, and the help you get from the desk is very limited. The location isn’t suitable for foreigners.
“Cheap but for a reason”
The room had a large TV, but it was filled with the smell of cigarettes.
I asked to cancel my reservation because I had an incident with the taxi driver; the street where I was dropped off and the alley I had to take to reach the hotel were completely dark. A man started harassing me on the street, so I ran into the first hotel I saw and paid for it to feel safer. I called H. Rodem to cancel, explaining the street issue, and they said they would cancel it. I waited for that person to leave and then headed to Hotel Rodem, since the app still showed my reservation. The street was now lit and I could go down with less fear. At check‑in I got an error; I called the number they said to call for the receptionist but no one answered. I asked a Korean friend for help, and they told me that because I had asked to cancel, they couldn’t recover the reservation and no refund would be given as per the purchase terms. In the second hotel I couldn’t stay because it was very dirty, I was having an allergy and there were many mosquitoes. I waited at Hotel Rodem’s reception because I had nowhere else to go; it was already 2 am, I lost my money, felt unsafe, and had to pay for a taxi because the mosquitoes were biting me, all because the street was dark when I arrived and nothing was visible, basically I was left on the street. I didn’t like it.
“Wir haben dort übernachtet um zu einem Konzert is Munhak stadium zu gehen, war alles super im Hotel:) bad war sogar komp”
The hotel staff were super nice! We were very satisfied :)
