Nothing positive. The fire alarm woke me up at 6 am, and it’s a student residence with a lot of noise and disorder.

The mattress was comfortable, but the pillow was very uncomfortable. There were no cutlery, glasses, plates, or kitchen utensils, which is odd and strange for a room that has a kitchen.

Hiçbir şey. We were given a different room from the one we had booked. There was no shower enclosure in the bathroom, so every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor became soaking wet and stayed that way. We requested a room change twice, but no one was willing to help us. Throughout our entire stay, our feet got wet every time we entered the bathroom, and we had to put up with a constant damp smell. The staff were completely unhelpful and made no effort to resolve the situation. Overall, it was a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience
