The location, staff, garden, and menu layout were all great, but the room was too small, the bed creaked, cleanliness was lacking especially in storage areas, a stale smell lingered, and the entire bathroom needed a makeover.

The reception was excellent, the team helpful and friendly, the breakfast varied, everything was super clean, Nádia was always very helpful, and whenever we asked for a taxi a hotel staff member would gladly take us. The shower was awful, with an old-fashioned look but no function, and all the room lights were burnt out except for one bedside lamp that worked.

“Wonderful stay with lovely warm friendly staff”

This place is a gem, and we fell in love with it from the moment we arrived. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel like part of the family. The food is amazing, especially the Turkish breakfast, which is a real treat. We also loved the outside area and our spacious room, which felt like a home away from home.

The hotel's staff were friendly and welcoming, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the room itself was a letdown - it was tiny and felt old, like it hadn't been updated in years. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment, it really needed a renovation. Despite this, the location was great, so it's a shame the room didn't live up to the rest of the hotel.
