The hotel’s location was convenient, the rooms were clean, and the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, though the price could be a bit lower—though it’s still summer, so that’s the deal.

Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable, but the pool was closed and we were very disappointed; the maids only cleaned one of our two rooms, and the printer didn’t work.

The room was huge, but the pool was closed and I wasn't told beforehand, so I could have booked somewhere else if I had known. One staff member was checking people in at 3 pm. The breakfast was awful, and I’ll never book here again. I wish I knew how to request a refund or a compensation.
