“Awful”

I was close to the MTR station, but the receptionist was very rude and even demanded extra fees for a private bathroom that was clearly included in our reservation. They charged me 1,200 HKD and an additional 10 HKD per towel, which should have been free. At checkout they didn’t give me a receipt and only returned 100 HKD of the 300 HKD deposit I had paid; I had to raise my voice to explain that the 300 HKD was the deposit and they only returned 100 HKD until I got upset, after which they gave me the remaining 200 HKD. When I asked for a receipt they refused and told me to leave.

“I haven’t stayed as post checking when I see my accommodation I was shocked and I moved to other Hotel”

There was nothing positive; the place smelled awful, lacked hygiene, and the staff behaved oddly.

The price was reasonable, but the check‑in and check‑out times were inconvenient; after checking in I had to hand over a $100 deposit, then walk down a block and take another elevator.
