The May Fair, A Radisson Collection Hotel, Mayfair London

“Great location !! Large wonderful rooms”

The rooms are spacious with great bathrooms, and the location is perfect. Most of the staff were wonderful. However, the bill and invoice were complicated at checkout, and a concierge staff member made rude comments that were unnecessary.

“Great business hotel in Mayfair, close to Bond Street shops and many restaurants near by.”

The hotel sits in a great central location in Mayfair, surrounded by excellent restaurants and shops. The room and bathroom are spacious and fully equipped. I’ve stayed here several times this year; the friendly lady at reception—though I can’t recall her name—recognized me as a repeat guest, gave me a great room, and let me check in early. In‑room dining was also excellent and quick.

“pretty good”

The location is perfect, breakfast is very good, and the staff are great. The room met expectations and was quite roomy for two people. Cleanliness could be better; there was dust in the closet and I found an underwear behind a chair.

The location is perfect. The bathroom lacks a shower cabin.

“The hotel lobby staff were very accommodating and very nice.”

The hotel’s location is good. The room lacked a microwave and a desk for computer use. My room was entered twice while my wife and I were inside.
