The apartment was very large, clean, and came with all the necessary equipment. Everything was fine except for some hot‑water issues in the children’s room and the Wi‑Fi connection in that room was not very stable.

The ocean‑view suite was very well located, with an incredible view and easy beach access. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. Cleaning was done daily, and the staff were very pleasant and always ready to help or answer questions. The beach nearby is beautiful and lively, though you can walk a bit farther to find quieter spots. Three points: 1/ On weekends the atmosphere gets very noisy late into the night (at least 1–2 AM). Every group of guests can bring their music and speakers, raising the noise level. If you’re going to relax over the weekend, book an ocean‑side suite. 2/ Some equipment is aging but still functional and clean. 3/ The breakfast buffet lacks explanations: when you’re unfamiliar with the dishes, there’s no way to know what they are or what allergens they contain.

Waking up with a direct, close view of the sea was awesome. Security was great and friendly, and the service staff were courteous, making you feel welcome, safe, and at ease. The rooms were away from the active area, so you could enjoy peace and quiet, and the kitchen was open 24 hrs. It’s the perfect stay for a couple and is close to malls and entertainment options.

The location was great, and the overall staff were friendly, especially Mr Naji from guest relations who felt like a friend. Their rooms were super great compared to other Mombasa hotels. The beachfront apartments were very noisy at night, making it hard to sleep, but they do have other apartments available.
