“Buena estancia!!”
Good location, solid facilities, tasty food. Internet reception was poor and the handling of urban pests was bad.

The pool is somewhat decent. From the moment you arrive Nadia greets you, hands you the key and a map to find it yourself, no bellhops, and no lifeguards at the pool area; anyone can bring their own food and grill there. It feels more like a private spot than a hotel, though the location is good, it’s very abandoned.

The sea view and proximity to the water, the staff’s friendliness, and the size of the bungalows were all positives. The breakfast restaurant is well positioned and the staff are very nice. The hotel is old, rooms are dark, the bathrooms are very old with a lot of mold, mattresses are very soft, windows can’t be opened, and some areas are not clean. The property is dusty because cars drive on the beach between the hotel and the water, constantly smelling of exhaust and always dusty. The pool is frequented daily by a pelican that even swims in it. The pool staff were not friendly and you had to wear a band around the hotel, even though you didn’t receive anything for it. We wouldn’t return; it needs renovation and brightening.

Location, food and staff were excellent, but there was a bad smell in our room #3.

The restaurants were good, not great, but the staff were fabulous. The blackout curtains were only half present, so the room stayed very bright and the sleep was poor.
