How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
When I arrived there at approximately 14h30 to check in, my room was right next to a swimming pool with about 30 people drinking and playing loud music. I left to meet a client and when I returned at approximately 20h00, nothing had changed. I packed my bags and checked out of the accommodation. I want a complete refund from Coyotes.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was nice, but unfortunately there was no door for the toilet and no wardrobe, which was a little inconvenient during our stay

The staff were friendly and the place was close to where I was attending my event. Cups were not clean, and there was leftover food in the fridge that made the room smell after a pen the fridge. The toilet paper was not enough. The toilet is closed off from the room. There is no privacy.

There were other guests drinking and talking in the passage making it difficult for us to sleep. We reported them but they didn’t stop.
