The location is close to the port. The breakfasts were very weak, with no fruit or vegetables, just store‑bought cookies and instant food, coffee and tea, a fried egg and two sausages, all served in dirty conditions. When I bought milk for my child and cereal at the shop and asked to heat the milk, the owner refused. Someone in the comments wrote about wonderful breakfasts, but that’s definitely fake. The whole property is very dirty; the sheets and towels, in my opinion, are not washed at all. Breakfast was only available until 9 am, as if it were a favor. I rate the entire property poorly. I have been to Thailand many times and know how it is, but I describe this place in one word: DIRTY.

“A good place to stay”

My room was clean and tidy, quiet, with no noise at all. The air‑conditioning was new, very quiet, and worked pleasantly. The bathroom was also clean and the water pressure was good. Breakfast was simple but okay. Overall, I felt comfortable. If I visit Koh Lan again, I would definitely stay here again.

I liked the location, close to the ferry, yet quiet and calm. The rooms were clean, with no odors. The host was friendly and welcoming. I recommend staying here. No downsides.

“Petite chambre au calme avec vue sur mer”

A nice small room, quiet, to enjoy the island after the last boat had left. All the comfort with a balcony or rather a small furnished terrace and a small view of the sea. I had a good night. I stayed only one night, so nothing else to say.

The room had everything you could need, even a hair dryer and a fridge, and the hot water from the boiler was steady. The only downside was that it was hard to find.
