We’ll definitely return to this wonderful hotel! The managers were very professional, polite, and responsive, assisting us throughout our stay. The room was spacious and bright, with daily housekeeping and all the conveniences and little touches taken care of. Breakfast was simply amazing—from scrambled eggs to delicacies! The lounge with aroma branding was a nice spot for cozy evenings with friends over coffee, which you can brew right there. The metro is just a two‑step walk from the hotel entrance.

A good hotel—clean and cozy. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful. The hotel has everything you need: a tasty, varied breakfast, laundry, a gym, a library, and even porridge for dinner. The metro and a bus stop are nearby.

The location is superb—step outside and you’re at the Gongbin Road subway entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Both the soft and hard facilities in the hotel are impressive, from the lounge in the ground‑floor lobby to the hallway outside the rooms upstairs and the overall vibe inside the rooms. I was in Harbin visiting a friend, and after he arrived from school he said he’d love to stay here for a few nights (laughs). It’s almost perfect; I can’t think of any issues.
