There wasn’t much to praise. Most staff were rude and unhelpful. Fred at the front desk during the day clearly didn’t want to work, just listened to the phone ring, didn’t give receipts, and was annoyed whenever you asked a question. My money was ruined by this place and I expect to fight for refunds through banking or the booking platform. Everything else was bad: the floors were raised, faucets were leaking from the sinks, dirty socks were still on the stained couch, and there were coffee stains on the kitchen wall. For almost $300 a night, this place is garbage.

I liked the location, but the facilities are a bit dated and need a refresh soon.

The only thing that mattered was how close the hotel was to the hospital, and it was spot on.

The location was fine, but we chose this place for its historic vibe; the beautiful areas are reserved for weddings and the dining options for guests are just average.
