The bed was incredibly comfortable – I could have slept on a cloud. Unfortunately the room itself was pretty cold because there was no heating at all.

The room was freezing and there was no hot water for a shower, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the only view was a shabby courtyard, so there was nothing pleasant to look at.

They stocked the bathroom with hand cream and warm, damp towels, the staff were friendly, and breakfast was solid. The downside was the parking – our 2026 Hyundai Tucson barely squeezed through the gate and getting out was a real hassle. They really should flag the size limitation in the listing.

The staff were attentive and always in a good mood, which made the whole experience pleasant.

The hotel had a warm, comfortable atmosphere and the service was excellent. I ended up in a small downstairs room right next to the living area with a TV and fireplace, so it was a bit noisy until the other guests went to bed at a reasonable hour, after which I could finally relax.
