The room was new, modern, and clean, with all the necessary amenities in the bathroom and the small kitchenette. The owner was friendly and punctual when handing over the room, and the next day when we had to stay another day, he was there again. The building is on the ground floor, easy to reach, and you can park right outside the door on the public street. It’s just a short walk from Ismett and the civic hospital. Nothing negative—everything was perfect.

I stayed at this place and was very satisfied. The room was modern, clean, and functional, with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay. The kitchen was well equipped with the utensils required to cook meals independently. The host was very friendly, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. One small suggestion: adding a shelf inside the shower would be a useful detail for placing shampoo, body wash, and other bathroom items. Otherwise, I highly recommend this stay!

I found a tidy, functional room that had everything needed, just a 20‑minute walk from the city centre with a Conad right across and street parking available nearby. The neighbourhood felt a bit unappealing and somewhat dirty.

The flat sits on the outskirts beside a hospital in a high‑rise area, quiet and easy to park on the street; walking to the centre takes about 25 minutes. Entry is at the building’s ground level, and a very narrow hallway leads to several rooms. The apartment itself is spacious, with renovated kitchen and bathroom, making it comfortable for a stay. The only downside is the poor sound insulation, as noise from adjacent rooms is noticeable.
