Honestly, there was nothing positive except the location and proximity to the beach. The place was dirty, we didn’t get the room we booked but instead a room with bunk beds, and even after complaining the hotel said, “then just find another hotel and check out.” The food was always the same, and the water in the pool was so dirty that we only swam on the beach.

There was nothing enjoyable at all, and we regret choosing this hotel. The staff showed no respect and the service was terrible. The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic, and the photos misled us. The pictures made the rooms look beautiful, but in reality everything was very different. The gap between the photos and the actual accommodation was huge. We were very disappointed and cannot recommend this place.

The beach, sea, and food were excellent. The beds were made of iron! The room pictures looked like the hotel was new, but now the beds are rusty iron with sharp edges that can hurt you. It feels like a war‑zone or a house for the elderly or children—definitely not a place like this.

The hotel’s location is good and some staff are excellent. The food is a disaster, most staff are very rude, hygiene is very bad, and the elevator is awful.
