The room and bathroom were fine, but the food was subpar, the pool was dirty, the overall property was unclean, and it was too far from the city.
Everything was good.
“Disappointing Experience Due to Rude Staff”
Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the hotel staff. Despite the hotel's potential, the poor service left a lasting negative impression.
“Swimming pool is not cleaned, we have not enjoyed that”
The rooms were good, yet the location was too far.
“A Nice Room Couldn't Save the Hotel from Its Many Flaws”
The room itself was very nice, and the jacuzzi was a wonderful feature that stood out as a highlight of my stay. However, the hotel's numerous flaws, including its remote location, overpriced food, and lack of basic amenities, made for a frustrating experience. The lone staff member serving the family room was polite, but the hotel's many issues far outweighed this positive aspect.
