The room was clean and they offered a nice breakfast, but I requested a ground‑floor room, and even though I booked more than 24 hours in advance they forgot my request and had no ground‑floor rooms available.

The room looked presentable, but the beds sit on a metal platform that makes a loud clashing noise if you accidentally kick them; the first impression of the building was bad, with a falling‑apart sign that looked like a car hit it and a shabby exterior, so we seriously considered another hotel, but after a long drive we just wanted to rest and stayed; the lobby feels outdated, very 1970s, and the front desk staff could appear more professional and friendly.
