“Good quality all round, great staff, great value”
The room was super comfy, spacious, and spotless. The dinner delivered by room service and the buffet breakfast were top quality, and the cafe staff were extremely helpful and attentive. No complaints.

The setup in the one‑bedroom suite is excellent, with plenty of room to move around, and the breakfast included in the package is also very good. The rooms stay clean, and any requests are handled immediately. The staff are accommodating, friendly, and very attentive. The only issue was that we weren’t told about renovation work until check‑in; when we raised the concern, they promised to stop the noise if we called, which they did promptly, and the front desk followed up to make sure we were satisfied—great service.

The hotel sits in a central spot, close to the Shangrilla Mall. The rooms are huge and very comfortable. The breakfast ranks among the best I’ve had abroad, and the staff are all kind and helpful. The air‑conditioning is strong but old, giving the room a noticeable bad odor.
