I stayed at a nice, comfortable hotel with a very good room, but the only downside was that Alejandro was very rude when I called guest service because he was too busy.

The room was spacious with solid internet and a buffet breakfast, but there’s no pool and the garage access is awkward—moving in and out takes a long time and there’s barely room to turn.

Nothing positive. The reception staff were terrible; they wouldn’t give us a room because they claimed there was no space even though my booking was confirmed. We were wearing sweatpants with my sister because we were traveling by car and were comfortable, but they had no choice but to give us a room, and it didn’t even have water—most hotels at least leave two bottles of water—and the minibar was empty.

The parking lot was narrow and uncomfortable. We were misinformed about breakfast hours, had to pay separately for breakfast, and the manager was very disrespectful, arrogant, and rude when we asked for help. The hours were Monday‑Friday, with different times on Saturday and Sunday.
