“Left once seen state of the rooms cleanliness”

The staff were helpful when handing over the keys, but the room was so filthy that I left straight away without staying; it definitely needs a thorough clean.

“Never again.”

The place was available, yet it was in a terrible state—horribly run down, not clean (we were too scared to take our shoes off), no blankets, holes in the front door and bed base, and feral animals in the complex yelling and screaming until about 3am, which was absolutely ridiculous and made me feel unsafe; the whole place needs bulldozing.

Not much to say. The place isn’t very clean, it’s getting old but could still use a better clean; the curtain was a joke, and the space was almost see‑through, so a blackout curtain was needed.

“Eye opening and not in a good way.”

There was nothing to like unfortunately. When we arrived the reception area was closed and looked abandoned; a scrap of paper with a number written in Sharpie told us to call to 'check in'. We were then given a code to access a lock box to trust our room keys. Upon entering the establishment, the rooms had missing shower screens that seemed to have been pulled off, soap dispensers had also been ripped from the walls. There were holes through the front doors that had been poorly patched up. In the room opposite ours, an active sex worker was taking clients while we were there (her work ethic should be commended). In the room beside ours, a person was actively engaging in drug use. Needless to say we did not stay in this establishment. After we left, both police and ambulance officers were seen visiting the establishment. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. The images online are not current and do not reflect the current standard of the rooms.

Absolutely nothing good about it. Bed bugs mold
