The biggest surprise was the fridge – sometimes the room had one, other times it was missing, even when I booked the same category. It felt pretty random and a bit annoying.

Breakfast was decent and the hotel sits right next to the TSMC campus, which is handy if you’re on a business trip. The only downside was that the bedding didn’t look very clean.

I was surprised to find that the room didn’t have a refrigerator at all, which was inconvenient for storing anything.

The front desk staff were really friendly, and they even had a tiny robot delivering take‑out orders. They helped me call a taxi, housekeeping was upbeat, and they served porridge in the evenings – you can really feel the Nanjing hospitality. Just note that not every room comes with a fridge.

The service was genuinely enthusiastic and thoughtful; the staff seemed to anticipate what you needed without being asked.
